Smooth Rebar (Plain Round Steel Bars)
Smooth rebar is produced from non-alloy steel grade OB37 according to STAS 438-1. It is available in diameters ranging from 6 to 16 mm in coils and from 8 to 32 mm in straight bars, with standard sizes including 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25, 28, and 32 mm. Coil weights range between 1.1 and 2.0 tons, while bar lengths vary from 6 to 12 meters. The typical bundle weight is approximately 2.5 tons. Dimensional tolerances comply with STAS 438-1. Each delivery is accompanied by an Inspection Certificate Type 3.1 in accordance with EN 10204, a Certificate of Conformity, and a Declaration of Conformity, all issued by the manufacturer.
Ribbed Rebar (Deformed Reinforcing Steel Bars)
Ribbed rebar is available in alloy steel grades PC52 and PC60, compliant with STAS 438-1, as well as B500B and B500C, compliant with BS 4449:2009 and DIN 488-1. Bar diameters range from 8 to 40 mm, delivered in lengths between 6 and 16 meters (typically 12 meters), while coils are available in diameters from 8 to 20 mm. Bundle weights range from 2.2 to 2.8 tons, and coils weigh between 1.6 and 3.0 tons. Dimensional tolerances for PC52 and PC60 follow STAS 438-1 standards. Each batch includes an Inspection Certificate Type 3.1 according to EN 10204, a Certificate of Conformity, and a Declaration of Conformity, all provided by the manufacturer.
