ROMNEF offers a wide range of steel pipes for construction, industrial, and infrastructure applications. Our product portfolio includes welded and seamless pipes with circular, square, or rectangular cross-sections. These include longitudinally welded black and galvanized pipes, spiral welded pipes, hot-finished or cold-drawn seamless pipes, precision welded and calibrated tubes, and Sendzimir galvanized pipes for construction.
Welded Steel Pipes for Construction
These pipes are produced using various forming and welding methods such as cold forming with longitudinal electric resistance welding (ERW), hot forming with longitudinal welding, cold forming with spiral submerged arc welding (SSAW), and cold forming with longitudinal submerged arc welding (LSAW). They are manufactured from structural steel grades such as S235JRH and S355J2H in accordance with EN 10219 and EN 10210, as well as precision grades E195 to E420 delivered in +CR1 and +CR2 conditions according to EN 10305-3 and EN 10305-5. Available dimensions include diameters from 21.30 mm to 508.00 mm with wall thicknesses up to 12.5 mm, and square or rectangular sections up to 300x300 mm or 400x200 mm, respectively. Custom production is available for larger sizes, including round pipes up to Ø1422 mm, square pipes up to 500x500 mm, and rectangular pipes up to 600x400 mm. Pipes are typically supplied in lengths between 6 and 12 meters. Dimensional, shape, and weight tolerances conform to the applicable standards. Inspection Reports (Type 2.2) or Inspection Certificates (Type 3.1) are provided according to EN 10204, including CE marking and Declaration of Performance for construction-grade steels. Weld seams are tested, and the pipes are suitable for hot-dip galvanizing.
Installation Pipes – Black and Galvanized
These pipes are produced by cold forming of slit steel strip and longitudinal welding. Galvanized versions are obtained by hot-dip coating in molten zinc. Production may also include spiral or longitudinal submerged arc welding. The pipes comply with EN 10217 and EN 10255 standards, with grades such as P235TR1, P265TR1, and S195T regularly in stock. For industrial pipeline applications, we can also supply grades such as L235 to L480, X42 to X70, and P195 to P355 upon request. Dimensional ranges include longitudinally welded pipes from Ø17.20 mm to Ø508.00 mm, LSAW pipes up to Ø1422 mm and 25.40 mm wall thickness, and SSAW pipes up to Ø1422 mm and 18.00 mm wall thickness. Pipes are delivered in lengths from 6 to 12 meters. They are available with plain ends, threaded ends with couplings, or grooved ends. Both black and galvanized versions are available. Dimensional, shape, and weight tolerances comply with the applicable standards. Pipes are delivered with Type 2.2 Reports or Type 3.1 Inspection Certificates per EN 10204, including CE marking and DoP. Weld seams are tested for quality and integrity. Upon request, we can supply grooved pipes for Victaulic systems and pre-painted pipes (RAL 3000) for fire protection installations.
Seamless Steel Pipes
Our seamless pipes are manufactured by hot-rolling pierced round billets, producing a hollow bloom which is further processed by hot rolling or cold drawing. Hot-rolled seamless pipes are supplied in grades such as S235JRH, S275JOH, and S355J2H per EN 10210-1. We also stock pressure-resistant grades compliant with EN 10216 (e.g. P235TR1, P235TR2, P265TR1, P265TR2, P235GH TC1/TC2, P265GH TC1/TC2, P235NL1/NL2, P265NL1/NL2, and P355NL1/NL2), ASTM A106 Grade B, mechanical engineering steels per EN 10297 (E235+N, E355+N, C45E+N), pipeline steels per EN 10208 and ISO 3183:19 (L235 to L485), API 5L PSL1/PSL2 (X52 to X60), and ASTM A333 Grade 6. Cold-drawn precision pipes are available in grades E190 to E355 according to EN 10305. Seamless pipes are supplied in diameters ranging from 21.30 mm to 508.00 mm, with wall thicknesses between 1.60 mm and 50.00 mm, and in lengths of 6 to 12 meters. All tolerances meet the applicable technical standards. Type 3.1 Inspection Certificates are available per EN 10204, with CE marking and DoP where required. Some pipes are certified to comply with multiple steel grades based on the inspection documentation.
